I spent 18 years in financial software projects in the gas, electric, and telecom industries. In 2005, I joined a project management training company (Velociteach) to help people in 2 ways: (1) get better at project management, and (2) earn certificates to help them grow professionally. PMI has been instrumental in both pursuits. Helping others improve and grow has been incredibly rewarding.
