Honestly, the first action I do daily when I manage a project is not easy to explain.
Because when I finish work the previous evening it's as if the thread of the speech started is interrupted only to start the day after a new day.
Since I am agile-minded the first action I do is look at the Kanban board of the project and organize the standup meeting with the team.
I find the Kanban board a very important tool for the management of any project, both managed with a traditional approach and with an agile approach.
It turns out to be like the compass for the captain of a ship: the tool that tells me how I'm going and where I'm going so I can reschedule the route in the new workday that is about to begin.
After some reflection, a good coffee ....... and away with the standup meeting and the start of a new day.
