The major contributor to any project’s success is its people. While we hear and read about different approaches to increase the project’s team accountability, I feel the most important one is linking the reward system to the individuals contribution within the assigned tasks. At the end, human nature dictates our behavior and we are all motivated by what is to our best benefit.
