We can use different terms, bottom line is Communication, Communication, Communication.
In my 20 + years of PM journey, predominantly in Biotech space, I call myself as translator, regularly I translate from English to English, as what I visualize when I communicate is not what other person receives after processing it, it is my responsibility as a Project Manager to ensure that the message I communicate is exactly what other person receives. Sounds simple, for me it is the hardest task. To this mix, we have global, cultural challenges makes our task even more challenging. I constantly learn from our colleagues, so that I do not have to reinvent the wheel, pmmagazine is awesome and my preferred tool to update myself. My sincere thanks to pmmagazine.
