A word on PMI from SMEs , how did it serve you?

In the Information technology industry, technology is changing rapidly, and face fierce competition. The PMBOK is a complete project execution guide because it includes all required knowledge domains and several approach project processes. It helps project managers have more confidence in leading team members to perform projects. The PMP certificate qualifies the project managers’ professional skills and helps them to acquire organizations’ confidence. My PMP certificate was earned in 2007, and this certificate helps me to conquer different challenges during performing projects. Moreover, PMI-RMP also improves my understanding of risk management. And this certificate helps our company to gain our clients’ reliance and winning the competition. In these ten years, the PMI responses the world’s explosive changing, and keep increasing project management knowledge and processes. For example, agile and business analysis are both new fields. They are both facilitate to improve project success. These two certificates also inspire me a different way to execute a project and extend my concept before starting a whole new project.
