I am a lucky PgMP and PMP credential holder. And the less that I can say is that, these certificates played an invaluable role in the path taken by my career.
I remember 6 years ago when I got my PMP credential. I was a young project manager in lack of recognition and visibility in my field. This credential act like a wall-breaker and catalyst in helping me get more interesting opportunities in the Project Management Industry.
More recently, a year ago, I got certified in Program Management through the PgMP credential. Apart from the credential itself, my journey in pursuing it was one of the most challenging and passionate moment of my whole life. During this journey, I had the opportunity to meet up with and to be welcomed in a community full of highly skilled and talented professionals, all bound by the desire to learn and give back to the community. This encounter has completely changed my life.
