Cross-industry SMEs are so much powerful and inspiring for every project manager. It gives a different perspective of approaches and raises curiosity in trying to adapt them.

194 SMEs in our 3-year journey so far have contributed to different questions that we raised.

Our SMEs are a strong asset to the community we are building, a lot of them never thought to write an article. However, after their experience of sharing their knowledge, they felt how worthy it is to dive deeper into their subjects and share their perspectives and contribute to the community we are engaging with. The results were very encouraging, and so we continue to reach out to SMEs and grow the community.
